Same thing as any specialized sport out there. If somthing has lots of technology and rnd put into it it will be expensive. You probably dont use shitty part on ur car..so same thing with a bike. Cove bikes are handmade in north van and the parts are all high end performance parts. The suspension is pretty much a scaled down version of a motocross suspension....and this isnt that highend of a build either. This bike with a higher end build on it can retail upwards to $10 000. Same builds as the ones the Dh racers use.
